This section publishes the data, information and documents provided for by the reference legislation, with particular reference to Legislative Decree no. 33 of 14 March 2013 “Reorganisation of the regulations on the right of civic access and the obligations of publicity, transparency and diffusion of information by public administrations” as amended by Legislative Decree no. 97 of 25 May 2016 “Revision and simplification of the provisions on the prevention of corruption, publicity and transparency, correcting the law of 6 November 2012, no. 190 and legislative decree14 March 2013, no.33, pursuant to article 7 of law 7 August 2015, no.124, on the reorganisation of public administrations”.
